following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Annex Baseball website as well as all
transactions conducted throughout the site.
Gift Certificates
New customers must first create an account at
annexbaseball.com to redeem a Gift Certificate. Redeem a Gift
Certificate online at annexbaseball.com/redeem. Your Gift Certificate
code may be used to purchase any merchandise on-line at
annexbaseball.com. You can always check your gift certificate balance from your "My
Account" page. The Gift Certificate cannot be used to be redeemed
for
cash, unless otherwise required by law. All annexbaseball.com orders
using a Gift Certificate at checkout will be processed in U.S.
funds. E-Gift Certificate orders will be delivered once payment is
accepted (1-2 business days). Gift Certificates By Mail - will be delivered in 3-7 business
days after payment is accepted. We are not responsible for lost or
stolen Gift Certificate. We reserve the right to cancel Gift
Certificates if
obtained fraudulently. To receive
your Gift Certificate balance you may view it at www.annexbaseball.com

call (877) 210-1201 toll-free. Purchase, acceptance, use of an Annex
Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of these
terms and conditions at annexbaseball.com. We are not responsible for
third party purchases
of Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates have no service fees. The Gift
Certificate is
issued by Annex Baseball, Ingle Productions LLC. All Gift Certificate sale are final and not refundable. We will automatically use this gift
certificate to pay for any purchases you make today or in the future.
Legal NoticeAll notices from Annex Baseball to You may be posted on
our Web site, or emailed to your registered e-mail address on this
website, or by U.S. mail and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30)
days after posting. Notices from You to Annex Baseball shall be made

Typographical Errors
In the event that an Annex Baseball product is mistakenly listed at an
incorrect price, Annex Baseball reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Annex Baseball
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card or gift certificate charged.
If your credit card or gift certificate has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, Annex Baseball shall issue a credit
to your credit card or gift certificate account in the amount of the
incorrect price.
Privacy PolicyAnnex Baseball use of personal information that you may
submit to Annex Baseball through this Web site is governed by the Annex

Shipping & Delivery
All sales are final. Please make sure you have selected
the options you want at the time of purchase correctly. We reserve the
right to make changes to any price that may have an error in it. If any
price is different from when an item was ordered you would be notified
before any charges or shipping are finalized. The risk of loss and title
for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the
merchandise has been confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered.
Sales Tax
Annex Baseball is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Orders shipped to an address in the state of Minnesota will be charged
sales tax accordingly. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all
sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy
Please contact us immediately
in regards to returns/unfit merchandise/or damaged merchandise. If a customer
and/or Annex Baseball deem a return is the best option, Annex Baseball will
provide you with your specific return order information relating to
documentation, procedure and transit for your exchange/refund. All returns are
processed within one (1) business day of Annex Baseball receiving an item.
For Credit Card Purchases:
Your refund will be credited
to the original credit card.
For Annex Baseball Gift Certificate Purchases:
Your refund will be issued in
the form of another Gift Certificate for Annex Baseball Merchandise.
Return shipping charges, back to Annex Baseball and a different product shipped
out to the Customer are the customer's obligation at cost. If you find any
error in your shipment, please notify us immediately and we will promptly
resolve the issue. Annex Baseball reserves the right to change its payment
procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
