Return Policy
Please contact us immediately in regards to returns/unfit merchandise/or damaged merchandise. If a customer and/or Annex Baseball deem a return is the best option, Annex Baseball will provide you with your specific return order information relating to documentation, procedure and transit for your exchange/refund. All returns are processed within one (1) business day of Annex Baseball receiving an item.
For Credit Card Purchases:
Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.
For Annex Baseball Gift Certificate Purchases:
Your refund will be issued in the form of another Gift Certificate for Annex Baseball Merchandise.
Return shipping charges, back to Annex Baseball and a different product shipped out to the Customer are the customer's obligation at cost. If you find any error in your shipment, please notify us immediately and we will promptly resolve the issue. Annex Baseball reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
